The following Fire Dept requirements are established for this project:
1) Existing property and properties north of project are accessed across easement from
south. Fire Department turnaround is required iaw ECDC Table of Street Standards
18.80.010. With shortplat, 5 units will be accessed from easement.
2) Post addresses. New and existing buildings shall have approved building numbers or
approved building identification placed in a position that is plainly legible and visible
from the street or road fronting the property. These numbers shall contrast with their
background. Address numbers shall be Arabic numerals or alphabet letters. Numbers
shall be a minimum of 4 inches high with a minimum stroke width of ½ inch and
