During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at

The Engineering Division is unable to continue reviewing the application for the single family residence
at 1139 Sierra Pl until both storm water quantity and quality have been addressed. All water runoff
from the impervious surfaces needs to be collected and routed to a detention system and released to the
wetland per Edmonds City Standards. You can find this information in the Edmonds Community
Development Code under Section 18.30.060.
The Engineering Division will continue review of this project once the required information has been
received. Please resubmit drainage plans and calcs to a permit coordinator.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised site drawings and associated documents with a written response to
