Please provide written responses as to where the changes can be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator. 1. Previous item 3: Per our discussion, a 600 cfm exhaust fan has been redlined on the plans to address the heat from the oven. 2. Previous item 5: As discussed on the phone, ventilation needs to be provided either mechanically (supply and exhaust at the rate of 15 cfm per person — which is 170 cfm), or with building openings (minimum of 43.7 sf of openings such as doors, windows, louvers, etc.) 3. Previous item 6: As discussed, plumbing plans are required. Enclosed is a copy of the City's handout for submittal requirements. Distinguish between the grease waste lines and the regular sanitary waste lines. 4. Plumbing Permit Submittal Requirements PERMIT REQUIRED: 1 EXEMPT WORK: FEE: A permit is required to install, alter, repair, relocate, or replace any portion of a potable or waste plumbing system. Including gas hot water tank replacement, water service line repair or replacement, propane tanks, and to install or alter gas piping. Manufacturer's specifications for equipment such as sump pumps, ejector pumps, water heater boosters, etc. 6. Gas piping layout, sizing and pipe material, pipe sizing calculations, maximum design operating pressure and location of pressure regulators 7.
