R - E: Plan review for proposed trash enclosure - resubmittal
#2008-0463 Sunset, 121 Sunset Avenue N
The proposed trash enclosure has been re -orientated to face eastward and open up to
Sunset Avenue. All considerations for maintaining the proper grade connections between
the enclosure, the street, and adjacent property surface need to be indicated on the civil site
plan, as well as the enclosure's finished inside dimensions.
Also the gate sections that open toward the sidewalk need to be consistent with the finished
inside width, in this case, 16' clear when gates are open. Please indicate ability of gate
sections to swing past 90 degrees when open and the appropriate use of drop pins or
equivalent for locking gates in both open and closed positions. Please include these
details along with a full detail of the enclosure (plan and elevation) within the architectural
plans.
Please note; The proposed enclosure remains located on the adjacent property to the
south, therefore a formal agreement between the appropriate parties on the shared use of
the enclosure, needs to be a part of this application. Please indicate the status of this
agreement to the Permit Coordinator or Engineering Review contact.
