The proposal to defer the trash enclosure and submit on a separate permit is agreeable to all
parties. The shared use agreement covering the activities centered with the enclosure, in its
intent, meets all the criteria previously discussed to craft this agreement.
Please refer to the latest Engineering Reviewer's comments that specifically lays out all of
the next steps or conditions that pertain to the separate permit and shared use agreement.
