The proposed trash enclosure meets all the requirements with this submittal, except one.
It is indicated that the gate drop -pin sleeves will be placed into the sidewalk area along
Sunset. This is not allowed, therefore gate pins or other appropriate securing hardware
need to be located onto the property proper.
Gate sections need to be able to be swung to open positions as close to 180 degrees as
possible in this location. Please resubmit the enclosure site plan with this correction
