This proposed plan does not have any indication of a trash collection area. Please indicate
how any garbage is to be staged and removed. A common scenario has a bank property
utilizing a paper shredding service to come onsite for most of the unwanted material
generated.
However there will likely be incidental garbage produced and therefore a possible need for
scheduled hauling service. Please note that the large trucks used for collection will need
access and egress from this property site while minimizing the need for trucks backing up.
The ability to travel around the north side of the building is precluded by the drive-through
canopy.
