During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:

1.The proposed sign facing the 5 Ave S. will be extending over public right of way 12” therefore a Street
Use permit will be required per Edmonds Community Development Code Chapter 18.70, 17.65 and
17.70.040.
a)Please complete, sign, and return the enclosed Street Use Permit application.
b)Provide Certificate of Insurance (see sample).
c)Provide a scaled site plan, 1” = 20’, partial okay, clearly showing area of use of public
right of way.
