During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. Our handouts can be found online at the City of
Edmonds web site wwwxi.edmonds.wa.us under City Government/Development
Services/Engineering Division.
1. The revision to the storm system will work fine. However, the City of Edmonds will need to have a
10 ft drainage casement agreement for the area along the west and South side of the property where the
storm system will be placed so that Public Works has access to the system if necessary. Please prepare
and submit the drainage access easement agreement for review and approval. When approved it will be
sent to the Snohomish County Tax Assessor's Office for recording. Recording fees will be added to the
cost of your permit. (Cost for recording is $47 for I" page and then $1 for each additional page).
