Dear Mr. Chase,
"Phis letter is being sent in response to your request to exceed the maximum allowed
driveway slope of 14%. It is understood that due to a surveying error placing the 'foot of
the driveway Oft higher than it's actual elevation, it was impossible to construct the
driveway per the originally approved plan. Therefore, a maximum slope of 19.5% will
be allowed in order to meet the existing grade of the garage as shown on the revised site
plan subi-nitted.
Please call the Engineering Inspection line at 425-771-0220, ext. 1326, to schedule your
driveway form inspection, prior to P01.117. If you have any questions regarding these
