STOP WORK UNTIL AUTHORIZED TO CONTINUE BY CITY INSPECTOR
1.Permanently stabilize exposed soils.
2.If existing d/w to home on Lot 2 is to be retained as a construction entrance during single family
construction, add quarry spalls to meet requirements of City of Edmonds Standard Detail E1.2
Stabilized Construction Entrance. If it is not to be used as construction entrance, stabilize soils
and complete restoration of frontage.
3.Pave final lift of access road.
4.Restore frontage along street.
5.Remove brush and trees from west property line. Restore area along access road.
6.Provide fire and aid address signage.
7.Install mailboxes.
*Alternatively, a performance bond for the work on site that has not yet been completed can be
submitted to the City to hold along with the currently held bond for the off site improvements. This
would allow you to record the short plat and complete the remaining improvements in conjunction
with the building permits.
