As requested, ESNW rep. was onsite to observe and probe footing excavation, as well as confirm suitable
offset of the footing.
While onsite, ESNW rep. used a '/2" steel T-probe to probe the subgrade of the footings, as well as probe the
remainder of the subgrade for the onsite housing lot. ESNW rep. observed the foundation subgrade to be
dense, and is considered suitable for support of the
proposed structure.
While onsite, ESNW rep. observed the offset of the
footing to be low enough to be out of the 1:1 slope
behind pre-existing rockery.
