This letter summarizes our special inspection and testing efforts for the Beachwalk
Apartments project located in Edmonds, Washington. GeoTest's services took place from
July 17, 2018 through January 24, 2019. Our testing and inspections included the following

and specifications and the applicable workmanship provisions of the International Building
Code. All related laboratory tests performed by GeoTest have met or exceeded the
minimum test requirements.
This is GeoTest's final special inspection and testing submittal for the Beachwalk
