In response to City of Edmonds review comments, dated 7/9/2019, OAC Services respectfully submits
the following haul route plan.
This project involves the repair/replacement of ADA ramp to three buildings. Project includes the
driving of pin -piles to support a poured concrete ramp which will provide access to residences.
Anticipated schedule for this project is 3-5 weeks. Proposed working hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday
through Friday.
For this project, during working hours, we expect one 1-ton truck with a tow behind trailer. During the
concrete pour we anticipate a concrete pump and mixer truck. Truck parking will be in the spaces
immediately in front of the project. Signage will be posted identifying closure areas.
The following routes will be used for material and general deliveries:
Haul route to the project will be via:
Highway 104 off of Interstate 5.
Sunset Avenue to Main street
Main Street to 1" or 2nd Ave.
VY or 2nd Ave. to Bell Street
Bell Street to Sunset Ave North
Haul route from the project will be via:
Sunset Ave. North Highway 104
Highway 104 to Interstate 5.
Materials will be unloaded from trucks parked in the parking spaces immediately in front of the project,
carried across closed walkway and delivered to private property. Concrete will be pumped from the
truck parked in the parking spaces immediately in front of the project, pumped over closed walkway and
delivered to private property, concrete pour will occur over a period of 2 days.
