Project Address: 121, 123, 125 Sunset Ave N
During review of the revised plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following
information, clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the
changes can be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.Provide revised architectural plans (all affected sheets) to reflect the structural revisions.
2.On the architectural plans, dimension the landing at the stair door at the northeast corner of the
lower floor.
3.On the architectural plans, provide slab insulation details at the revised northeast corner.
