During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.
The flow rate for the proposed pump is too high and needs to be reduced. A
different pump will likely be required in order to achieve the needed flow rate
reduction. Drainage calculations will be required to determine the 100-year,
24-hour predeveloped condition flow rate. The calculations shall be provided
in a drainage report. The pump needs to be sized to match as closely as
possible to the 100-yr, 24-hour predeveloped flows. Please provide the pump
data (curves, head loss, manufacturer requirements, etc) used to determine the
type and size of pump you propose to use.
Please resubmit three copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development
Services Coordinator. You may contact me at 425-771-0220 if you have specific
