During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.
Level spreader trench pipe invert elevation is 183.7 on the plans and should be
183.3.
2.
On the plans the top of the level spreader trench elevation is at 185.80 but the
water surface for the dead storage is supposed to be at 184.00. During storm
events the detention pipe, flow restrictor, and downstream system will not
function as intended because the system will fill up with water to (185.80).
3.
Per the 1992 DOE Stormwater Manual the level spreader trench should be 20
feet long for flows between 0.1 cfs and 0.2 cfs.
4.Make a note of detention required and provided on the plans near the detention
profile.
