During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.
The calculations look good.
2.
As Jeanie McConnell mentioned in her review comments. There will need to
be a manhole (MH) on both ends of the detention system for maintenance.
The 60-inch detention pipe should be connected to the MH by an adequately
sized access pipe.
3.
The plans need to include a profile view of the new detention system and a
control structure detail.
Please resubmit three copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development
