During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.
The stormwater calculations looked good.
2.
The drainage plans shows the spreader trench drainage sheet flow direction to
the west while the drainage report has the sheet flow to the south. Determine
the flow and correct the plan or report.
3.
There is a house just to the west of the property. The spreader trench should
not be constructed in a manner that will direct sheet flow to the west and onto
the adjacent house. The plans need to address possible impacts to the
building just downstream. (The peak flows being less is not an acceptable
answer as the duration of the flows will be longer and are likely to impact the
downstream structure anyway.) Look at the possibility of piping into a
downstream drainage system.
Please resubmit three copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development
