During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.
The geotechnical engineer needs to monitor the construction of the stormwater
spreader trench to ensure that it meets the needed specifications as layed out
in the conclusions of the supplemental geotechnical report dated September
14, 2007.
2.
The supplemental geotechnical report also mentioned monitoring of the level
spreader trench during the initial wet season. Because of the spreader trenchs
location near the slope a monitoring and maintenance manual for the
homeowners should be established prior to the final approval of this plan.
Please resubmit three copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development
