It is noted that your building permit will expire on September 23, 2016. No more renewals can be
issued. If there is some minor work to be completed, a minor work permit application can be
made. If you have not requested your final inspections or obtained a minor work permit by the
time your permit expires, a demolition permit will be required.
Corrective actions required by September 23, 2016:
• Please complete your project and call for the remaining inspections including a final
inspection or;
• Please make a complete application for a "minor work" building permit for the remaining
work to be done after expiration or;
• Please make an application for a demolition permit to remove the unpermitted
construction.
