Please consider this letter and the attached TCP Exhibits as our proposed traffic control plan regarding the
storm drainage construction activities for the 2015 Drainage Improvement project located at 191a St SW &
216th St SW in Edmonds. Our proposed traffic control plan exhibits are summarized below.
TCP Exhibits Summary:
1. Exhibit 1: WSDOT TC -5 Plan: Shoulder closure low speed area. This plan will be implemented at
the 191st ST SW site.
2. Exhibit 2: Proposed residential road closure to thru traffic during daytime work hours. This plan
will be implemented at the 216th ST SW site. All local emergency services and utility service
companies shall be notified of this road closure by no later than 54431(.
Please note the following regarding out proposed traffic control plan: 2aeA.Yx Re -OW-
1. All signs and devices to be properly lighted during nibylit work hoi,irs
2. Allsigns and sp�icIngito conforni to the MUTCD 2012 traffic control manual for in -street work.
