RE: Plan review for required trash collection areas

The proposed site plan indicates the new building will have a trash chute system with a
collection room located at the parking level. For servicing this scenario there will need to be a
staging area For the waste containers that can be safely accessed by the waste hauling corripariv.
Cortipany trucks and drivers Cannot enter and Sef-ViCe Under the building.
Another concern is that new parking spaces are now located on the south side of the new drive
aisle. sic leading into the building's parking level. Some of these; spaces take over and narrow the
access approach to one ofthe existing trash enclosures, whicti also impacts the maneuvering of
the service trUcks Cor those enclosures.
I have already gotten Initial conimerits from the waste hauler, Republic Services. These
comments can be addressed at the Pre -application meeting or in firli-ther cornmunication,
