I have attached two Tree Risk Assessment forms with photos of the two properties in question for your consideration and approval.
To sum up the two reports: It is my opinion that the subject trees on both properties are in danger of falling, especially in a high wind condition. It would be best if the trees were
removed to mitigate any safety concerns.
