Project: Heath Retaining Wall
Project Address: 8125 Frederick Place
During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed.
1) Provide stamped and signed structural calculations and detail for proposed retaining wall. Per
our attached handout this is a minimum permit submittal requirement. This application requires
peer review and since peer review is at the expense of the applicant we will not send it out for
review until we receive structural calculations.
2) Special inspections are required for the following. Complete the enclosed special inspection
agreement signed by the owner, the general contractor and the special inspector and submit to
the City for approval prior to issuance.
• Excavation, grading and site preparation
• Soil bearing and Sonotube installation
• Placement of fill and compaction
• Retaining wall construction
• Geogrid installation
• Retaining wall drainage
• Temporary and final erosion control
Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a
written response to each of the above items to a Permit Coordinator.
