Project: Heath Retaining Wall
Project Address: 8125 Frederick Place
During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed.
1) Calculations provided need to be stamped and signed by engineer of record. Provide stamped
and signed structural calculations and detail for proposed retaining wall. Per our attached
handout this is a minimum permit submittal requirement. This application requires peer review
and since peer review is at the expense of the applicant we will not send it out for review until
we receive structural calculations.
2) Ok
3) New: Site plan says wall will he 3' tall, calculations are for 4', and the detail in the geotech
report goes up to 6'. Please clarify and coordinate plans and calculations. Per note by the
planning department wall can not exceed 3' above original grade.
Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a
written response to each of the above items to a Permit Coordinator.
