Subject: Plan Check 2009-0043 White Addition 17808 Talbot Road
The following comments are referenced from the 2006 IFC Appendices B and C “Fire
Flow Requirements for Buildings”.
Based on the size of the existing house and the proposed addition the FD requires one
of the following be installed:
1) a 13D residential fire sprinkler system
OR
2) A fire hydrant installed on the SE corner of the easement road on the North
boundary of your property.

After talking with Henry Byam from Wesco Construction and obtaining distances from
the three closest hydrants the addition does not require either of the two above
conditions.
Fire Flow and Hydrant Spacing is adaquate per the 2006 IFC Appendicies B and C.
