4) . LIMITS OF A- 131 - This permit is valid only on roads and highways under
the jurisdiction of=t &,Tower-- Woodway. Permitee is responsible for securing all required
Dermits from the Stafn Whinaton, and the Citv of Edmonds.
5) OVER -LENGTH
a) PILOT CARS: - Pilot cars are required fore and aft when load is 75 feet or longer. The
pilot car shall display signs and lighted markers in accordance with Washington
Department of Transportation requirements.
b) KEEP TO THE RIGHT OF CENTERLINE: - The load must be kept to the right of the
highway centerline at all times and must stay off shoulders except when entering and
leaving the highway, or when necessary to allow trailing traffic to pass on narrow or
winding roads.

10) A copy of these approved plans, traffic control plans, and this approval letter shall be kept
onsite at all times during transport.
11) This permit is revocable at any time that the above conditions are violated.

12) LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES: - The Permittee is responsible for all liability for personal
injury or property damage which may occur through work herein permitted, and in the event
any claim is made against the Town of Woodway or any department, officer, or employee
thereof, through, by reason of, or in connection with such work, Permittee shall defend,
indemnify, and hold each of them harmless from such claims. No permit will be issued for
any purpose unless and until the above named Permittee fit th the Department of Public
Works a certificate of insurance or a surety bond in the to amount required by said
