Jeff,
I showed Jeanie McConnell the site plan you brought in yesterday … here are a few items that need to be taken care of
before I can resubmit for a full review from her:
1. The Site plan needs to be to scale. The original one you had was at a scale of 1:10 … 1:20 would be fine also.
2. Show stub elevations
CB Rim and invert elevations
3.Impervious Totals with a breakdown showing: house W/eves total, driveway total and walkway total.
4. Note on the site plan that the infrastructure is being installed under short plat civils such as the detention pipe,
driveway approaches, connections to City Utilities in the ROW.
Once you provide these items I can resubmit to her for review. Thank you Jeff!
