No person shall enter the city right-of-way for the purpose of excavation, construction, maintenance or
repair without first obtaining a permit from the development services director or city engineer. City
rights-of-way include all easements, licenses or other rights of entry owned by the city. \[Ord. 3485 § 1,
2004\].
Description of Violation:
1) Excavation in right-of-way without permit
Corrective Action Required:1) Submit a complete application for a right-of-way construction
permit prior to restoring or improving r-o-w.
Correction is Required no later than: 3:00pm (time) February 15, 2007 (date)
If correction is not made by the date and time specified in the Order, a Notice of
Civil Violation shall be issued. The Notice of Civil Violation shall assess fines of
$100.00 per day, or portion of a day, during which the violation continues.
