Remarks:
MTC was on site as requested by the client to perform compaction testing on native material placed and compacted as
wall backfill. Compaction was achieved via jumping jack prior to our arrival. Fill material was collected and proctor was
determined on 7/19 by MTC. Testing confirmed the fill compaction exceeded 95% as required.
To the best of MTC inspector's knowledge, the above -described work was performed in general accordance with project
specifications and approved plans.
