Please see the below responses to the correction notice dated May 19, 2020 for 24015 96th PI W, plan
check number BLD2020-0418.
SITE PLAN
Correction #1
Do the impervious surface calculations include the concrete landing on the north side of the proposed
addition? If not, please update the total new/replaced impervious surfaces on the site plan.
Response:
The impervious calculation includes 31sf for the new concrete landing. Please see the impervious
calculation on sheet A2.

Please show the side sewer on the plans. If any portion of the side sewer needs to be replaced or added
onto for the addition, please contact Olympic View Water Sewer District to obtain a side sewer permit.

Correction #3
The plans indicate the new roof of the proposed addition will discharge to an existing downspout
location. Please show this location on the plans.

Show the construction entrance on the plans. If the existing driveway will be utilized as
the construction entrance during the proposed work, indicate as such on the plans.
