Can you please confirm that the 65' run from the pole to the pedestal is within the approved utility easement for the short plat? Also the 186' run from the two 45 elbows appears to be within the access utility easement. Can you also confirm? Regarding the traffic control plan, given the limited sight -distance on this stretch of 226t", please revise the TCP to include flaggers where two 11' travel lanes cannot be maintained. Revise the signs for flaggers accordingly. Thanks!
