ORDINANCE NO. 2196
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASH-
INGTON, AMENDING SECTION 10.40.020(D)(3)
OF THE EDMONDS CITY CODE TO ESTABLISH A
7:00 PM MEETING TIME FOR THE PLANNING AD-
VISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board has recommended
that their meeting times be set to commence at 7:00 PM on the
second and fourth Wednesdays of each month, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 10.40.020(D)(3) of the Edmonds
City Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
(3) The Board shall hold regular meetings on the
second and/or fourth Wednesdays of each month
at 7:00 PM at the Edmonds Civic Center. Can-
cellation of a regular meeting, or a different
location for a regular meeting, shall be
announced at the last regular meeting pre-
ceeding the affected meeting.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect five (5) days after passage and publication by
posting as required by law.
