Prior to receiving final construction approval from the Engineering Division, The bottom section of the driveway exceeds the maximum allowable slope of 14%. It may be possible to obtain a slope waiver from the City of Edmonds depending on site conditions. The waiver conditions can be found in 18.80.060 Driveway and Curb Cut Requirements section D. Final lift of asphalt needs to be installed. The damaged edge of the existing road will need to be saw cut and sealed. 4. Stormwater covenant will need to be recorded with Snohomish county for both properties. 5. Need to install covers over both clean outs/inspection ports in the grass area in the back yard. Per city standard detail (SD-619) 6. Catch basin on the North side of the driveway needs to have the plastic removed and shall be cleaned. 7. Need to have property pins at all 4 corners of the lot.
