1. Prior to receiving final construction approval from the Engineering Division, Please clean all
stormwater structures and pipes of any debris.
2. Compost amend soils on the South side of the driveway.
3. Install a 12" lampole cover with %2" hex bolts, a gripper twist plug and a 2' x 2' x 6" concrete
collar around the lampole cover. Per city standard detail (SS-200)
4. Please provide an asbuilt of your project that shows what was actually constructed in the field.
Show all utilities with invert depths, materials, along with measurements from the house and
property lines.
5. Need letter of approval for geotech for constructed retaining walls per Chris Rivera 2/8/2019 on
permit BLD2016-0374.
