This was done because of the unusual circumstances that was incurred in this situation. Due to this, it was easier for the homeowner to install a 2" meter than to tear up the meter and asphalt for approximately 80' in their front yard. This meter should only be charged a base rate of $10.48 just like any other single residential meter. Please credit their account for any additional charge over this base rate. In the future we will charge the single dwelling base rate of $10.48.
