All work will be completed by homeowner over a maximum 3‐day period.
No heavy equipment will be required.
Structures will be removed with hand tools (socket wrench, demo bar), and small electric saws
(circular saw, Sawzall).
All demolished materials will be hauled away and disposed at county waste transfer station.
Demolition of these structures will not require the clearing of any vegetation and will not result
in ground disturbance.
No grading is required for this project.
