Permanently stabilize exposed soils. The soils are still exposed and there appears to be an erosion issue. 2. Install access for vehicles to the new garage. If a wheel path is intended to be used for the vehicles, the path will need to be clearly defined. 3. Please revise the asbuilt drawing so that it's clear what lines are what. The asbuilt should show the sewer, tightline for the stormwater runoff and the drywell. The asbuilt should include dimensions, pipe material and size.
