THE GRANTORS, Rofena Miller and Mary Bernice Miller
Hemphill, for and in consideration of $10.00. do hereby
remise, release and forever quit -claim to SCHOOL DISTRICT
No. 15, of Edmonds, Snohomish County, Vlashington, a
municipal corporation, the following described real
estate:
Lots 34 and 35, Block 88, The City of Edmonds,
Snohomish County, Vlashington, according to
plat thereof recorded in volume 2 of plats
page 39, records of said county.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises unto the said grantee,
its successors and assigns forever in fee simple.
It is understood that any interest held by 0. L. Biller,
deceased, in the above property, was that of Trustee for
Edmonds Chamber of Commerce.
