Snohomish County, Washington, a municipal corporation, the following described real estates
Lots 34 and 35, 31ock 88, The City of Edmonds, Snohomish County, 'Washington, according to
plat thereof recorded in volume 2 of plats page 39, records of said county.
TO HAVE n`;D TO HOLD said premises unto the said grantee, its successors and assigns for-
ever in fete simple. 1t is understood that any interest held by 0. L. Miller, deceased, in
the above: property, was that of Trustee for Edmonds Chamber of Commerce.
