This is to confirm the statement I made at our
meeting yesterday concerning the City's interest in
purchasing the Edmonds Elementary School property lo-
cated between Durbin Drive, Eighth Avenue, Main Street
and Dayton Street in Edmonds.
The City of Edmonds is interested in acquiring the
property and the City Council authorized me to communi-
cate to the School Board the City's offer to purchase
the property at a price of $424,000. We request that
the School Board consider and advise us if the offer is
acceptable.
