Dear Mr. Milke :
As you are aware, the City of Edmonds and the District have been working
out the arrangements for purchase of Edmonds Elementary by the City from.
the District. A target date of April 1, 1979 for closing the sale and transfer
of ownership has been set.
This letter will serve as our formal notice to you that the District will be
terminating the "Building; Security Live -In Agreement" with you as of April 8,
1979. Please plan to vacate the premises on or before this date and return
any keys to the building to Mr. Larry Trent of our Maintenance Department.
We appreciate your participation in our property management program at
Edmonds Elementary and commend you for the services you have performed.
