ORDER DIRECTING
PAY14ENT OF JUDGMENT
THIS MATTER came before the undersigned Judge upon the
application of Edmonds School District No. 15 for an order
directing the Clerk to disburse to the applicant the amount of
just compensation paid into the registry of the Court by the City
of Edmonds and it appearing from the Court file herein that
pursuant to the stipulation of the parties a judgment in the
amount of $425,000 plus 61 per annum interest on such amount
from the date of entry was entered on March 6, 1979, that
pursuant to said judgment, the City of Edmonds paid the sum of
$426,886.30 into the registry of the Court on April 2, 1979, and
that Edmonds School District No. 15 is the property owner en-
titled thereto, now, therefore, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Snohomish County Superior
Court issue its check payable to the order of Edmonds School
District No. 15, Snohomish County, Washington, in the amount of
Four Hundred Twenty-six Thousand Eight Hundred six and
30/100 Dollars ($426,816.30), representing the amount of the
judgment together with 6% per annum interest -thereon to
April 2, 1979, and deliver said check to John H. Binns, Jr.,
of Perkins, Coie, Stone, Olsen & Williams, attorneys of record
for said school district.
