Installation, use and maintenance of equipment and components shall be per manufacturer's specifications, installation instructions, and applicable state codes. 10. Open flames are prohibited, including candles, torches, fire pits, etc. 11. Heating equipment must be approved by Fire Marshal. 12. All governor -issued orders and guidelines related to COVID 19 must be observed. Allowed Occupant Load: 0 Pursuant to the provisions of the International Fire Code, any violation of the Code may be grounds for the revocation of this PERMIT. This permit does not take the place of any license required by law and is not transferable. Any change in the use or occupancy of premises shall require a new permit.
