Seeking approval of operational permit for 3 Aztec tents to accommodate outdoor dining for the
customers of the Red Twig during covid.The aggregate square footage is less than 700 sq.ft (
approx 400 sq.ft).The tents are flame retardant,well ventilated and equipped with portable fire
extinguishers and anchored with concrete weights at all corners.The heater is a Premier 40
ductable and fueled with a 20 lb LP tank and rated for outdoor use.Site Plan and floor plan
