TENT PERMIT CONDITIONS
1. Occupant load shall comply with
state regulations.
2. Doors and door hardware shall
comply with IBC chapter 10.
3. Anchor each corner with minimum
40 pound weight or equal
4. Tent structure is not to be
occupied during heavy snow events.
5. Tent structure is not to be
occupied during high wind events.
6. Pre-occupancy inspection is
required by Fire Dept. 425-775-7720
7. Post-removal inspection by Fire
Dept. is required.
8.This permit is temporary during
pandemic restrictions and tent
structure must be removed no later
than the end of Covid-19 restrictions
or fire Department revocation.
9. Installation, use and maintenance
of equipment and components shall
be per manufacturer’s
specifications, installation
instructions, and applicable state
codes.
10. Open flames are prohibited,
including candles, torches, fire pits,
etc.
11. Heating equipment must be
approved by Fire Marshal.
12. All governor-issued orders and
guidelines related to COVID 19 must
be observed.
