This is to inform you the Stella's Landing Condominium
Association Board has approved the master bathroom
remodel project for Unit 202.
All work shall be accomplished by licensed contractors
and all permits shall be obtained for the project as
needed. The contractual arrangement is solely the unit
owners responsibility.
