AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and
assessment roll of Local Improvement District No.for the
improvement of
Edmonds Street from 3rd St. to 6th St.
Through Block E, City of Edmonds, from 5th St. to 6th St.
Fifth St. from a point approximately 140 feet North of
bell Street to Bell Street.
Bell Street from 5th Street to alley West of 5th Street.
Alley between 2nd street and Third street, from Main
Street to Edmonds Street.
Bell Street from 2nd Street to alley East of 2nd Street.
Alley between 3rd street and 4th street, from Main Street
to Edmonds Street.
Alley between 4th street and 5th street from Main Street
to Edmonds Street.
Alley between Tvlain Street and Dayton Street from 5th
street to 7th street.
Alley between 4th street and 5th street, from IiIain Street
to ao point 120 feet south of Dayton Street; in the City
of Edmonds, Snohomish County, Washington,
under Ordinance No. 317, and and levying and
assessing the amounts thereof against the several lots, tracts,
and parcels of land and other property as shown on said roll,
establishing a Local Improvement Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDIONDS
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the assessment and assessment roll of
Local Improvement District No..Z� for the improvement of
Edmond s Street from 3rd Street to Sixth.Street;
Through Block E, City of Edmonds, from 5th Street to pith St
Fifth Street from a point approximately 140 feet North
of Bell street to Bell Street;
Bell Street from 5th Street to alley 'Nest of nth street.
Alley between 2nd Street f#jj and 3rd Street from<Main
Street to Edmonds Street;
Bell Street from end Street to alley east of 2nd Street;
Alley between 3rd street and 4th street from main street
to Edmonds Street;
Alley between 4th street and 5th street from plain Street
to Edmonds Street;
Alley between Main Street and Dayton Street from 5th Street
to 7th Street;
Alley between 4th Street and 5th Street from main Street
to a point 120 feet south of Dayton Street;

all in the City of Edmonds, Snohomish County, lashington, by con-
structing sewers together with appurtenances necessary for the pro-
per sewerage and drainage of said district, under Ordinance No. 317
and prd m==&e --Rev-,... , as the same now stands, be and the samd is,
hereby in all things approved and confirmed.
Section 2. That each of the lots, tracts parcels of land, jj
and other property shown upon said roll is hereby declared to be
specially benefited by said improvement inj at least the amount
charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against
the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon
said roll. There is hereby levied and assessed agaiast each such
13t, tract, parcel of land and other property appearing upon such
roll the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
Section 3. That for the purpose of this improvement there
is hereby created and established a Special fund to be called
"Local Improvement Fund, District NO.-LL.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force and effect from and after its passage by the City Council
of the City of Edmonds, its approval by the mayor and its publica-
tion according to law.
