assessment roll of Local Improvement District No 27 , for the
improvement of:
Fifth street from Dayton bbreet '€o. alley north of !�,ain street;
thence along alley from Fifth street to Seventh street.
under ordinance No V, and levying and assessing the amounts
thereof against the several lots, tracts, and parcels of land and
other property as shown on said roll, establishing a Iocal Improve-
ment fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEONDSO.
as follows:
Section 1. That the osssessment and assessment roll of Local Improve-
ment District 11027 , for the improvement of:
Fifth street from Dayton street to alley north of Lain street;
thence along ssid alley from Fifth Street to Seventh street.
all in the "ity of Edmonds, Snohomish County, Washington, by construct-
ing sewers, together with appurtenances n6eessary for the proper
sewerage and drainage of said district undsr Ordinance No.� 2-�), as the.
same now stands, be and the same now is, hereby inall things approved
and confirmed.
Section 2. That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other
property shown upon said roll is hereby declared to be especially
benefited by said improvement, in at least the amount charged against
the same, and that the assessment agpearingthe same is in ;proportion
to the several assessments appearing upon said roll. There is hereby
levied against each such lot, tract or parcel of lajd and other
property appearing upon such roll, the amount finally charged akg%inst
the same thereon.
Section 3. That for the purpose of this improvement, there is hereby ere
created and established a special Fund to be called Local Improvement
Fund, District No�.
Section 4. This Grdinance shall take effect and be in full force and off
ect from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Edmond
its approval by the mayor and its ;publication according to law.
